Who we are

We are a regional collaborative of local, regional, and statewide partners dedicated to preventing and ending homelessness.

 

Our goal is to make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring for everyone in our community.

2023 CoC Competition

The CoC is seeking applicants to apply for HUD CoC funding for new or expanded Rapid Rehousing, Dual Component Transitional Housing-Rapid Rehousing, Permanent Supportive Housing, or HMIS expansion.
